Men's Rugby World Cup 2027

What is a companion ticket?

Updated

A companion ticket is a free of charge ticket offered to someone accompanying a person with specific requirements such as a wheelchair user, so they can sit together.

Fans purchasing a wheelchair ticket will be allocated a companion ticket as part of their order. Wheelchair tickets cannot be purchased without a companion ticket.

Fans with other accessibility requirements who need a companion ticket will need to fill in the Contact Us form. The RWC 2027 Ticketing Customer Service Team will then be able to assist with any specific requirements you may have.

Entitlement to any such companion ticket is not guaranteed for any ticket purchaser and all requests are subject to review and approval by the RWC 2027 Ticketing Team.

Companion tickets may only be used by adults aged 18 years or over. Companion tickets are linked to the associated accessible ticket and cannot be resold or used separately for any other purpose or by any unrelated individual.

Please note, companion tickets will be seated as close to you as possible. However, due to venue seating configurations, the exact location may not be immediately adjacent to your ticket.
